My wife and I stopped by Pumpernickel’s for breakfast on Friday, November 7th around 10:00 a.m. we chose to sit at the bar, where the staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. We shared an omelet and cinnamon roll, both were outstanding. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and everything arrived promptly.

Where do I start? The food, the vibe, the waitstaff and the price point was just ideal. We came for a weekend in Saugatuck and we ended up eating three of our meals at Pumpernickels. They are a new place and they really work hard to make their customers happy. We had lunch twice and dinner once and everything we ate was delicious and well prepared. I can't recommend them enough. If it's crowded, the food may be a bit slow, but the people are so nice that it's okay and, hey, restaurants in resort towns run into situations like that. The food was still excellent. Highly recommended.
